We live in a small coastal fishing village, San Jacinto, Ecuador. We operated the guesthouse featured on HGTV Beachfront Bargain Hunt, (Opening Up Shop in San Jacinto, Ecuador, Season 9, Episode 7) for 5 years and sold it to investors it has been converted to a vacation rental.

Currently we're writing a "How to" book on opening and operating a guesthouse. We will announce the publication of the book on this website.
